Weight loss menu ideas this week

Yesterday I talked about food items that were high in fiber for my weight loss program. I thought that today I would do a little brainstorming and think about what kind of Weight loss menu ideas I could come up with.
I usually like to stick with my favorite foods but have found that doing the same thing on my weight loss program is actually causing me to step away from my weight loss goals. So let’s see what I can come up with. Hopefully this can help you think of some new ways of bringing fiber into your weight loss program.
Breakfast weight loss menu ideas
Sliced apples, drizzle of honey, and almond slivers
Oatmeal with sliced figs
Smoothie made with 2% milk, pear, strawberries, and banana
Yogurt with raspberries, sliced strawberries, and blueberries
Bran Muffin made with applesauce
Bran flake cereal with low fat milk and a banana
Lunch weight loss menu ideas
Marinara sauce made with corn, peas, tomato paste, and tomato sauce over a serving of whole-wheat spaghetti
Low fat chili over a baked potato
Baked chicken breast over spinach leaves, grated carrot, and sunflower seeds.
Chunk tuna over spinach leaves, grated carrot, and sunflower seeds
Whole-wheat tortilla filled with lean beef, black beans, and corn.
Dinner weight loss menu ideas
Lean beef chili with corn over brown rice
Whole-wheat tortilla filled with chicken breast, black beans, corn, and grated carrots.
Split pea soup with a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
