So is there anything in our Pisces horoscope that is going to cause trials in our weight loss journey? Are the Pisces emotions and thoughts of a Pisces love match going to block out thoughts of healthy meals? Pisces women and Pisces men, today the close is clear.


Sure our horoscope says that in general we are looking for security in home and a love match but when are we not looking for security as a Pisces? Today we need to not worry about what our Pisces horoscope says about wanting security and find security in ourselves.


Serious thoughts are in store for us today fellow Pisces. Today would be a good day to sit down and really plan out that weight loss menu and weight loss diet. When things get busy and stressful, it’s easy for the Pisces woman and Pisces man to quickly slip away from weight loss goals.


So today I want you to grab a glass of water, a tablet, and a pencil. Spend some time writing down the things that you think you would enjoy on your weight loss menu. On the second piece of paper, write down menu ideas for the week that you find in those cook books that you have in your cupboard.


Websites are also a great place for weight loss menu ideas. You can then go to your local grocery store website to plan out your budget and grocery list.

    I have really enjoyed your articles. You are so orgainzed. I have such a hard time trying to diet. I have fibroglycemia (fibro and hypoglycemia) and I am the only caregiver for my husband who has Alzhiermers and Parkinsons and congestive heart failure. Organizing is very difficult for me. My metabolism is stuck and I am an emotional eater. I need help and I know I should do better but my brain doesn’t work to organize. I am up night and day. Where do I start?
