Spring and summer is coming. You know what that means, bathing suit and a season of shorts. The average person grabs at the book, video, or website that shows them how to lose weight fast. They try it out for a couple of weeks and then go back to their old eating habits.
Why did the latest “How to lose weight fast” program not work? It’s simply because people hate following lists of foods to eat. Variety is the spice of life even when a person is on a weight loss diet or weight loss program. We have free will and we want to practice it.
The only knowledge on how to lose weight fast is to know that burning calories and tracking calories count in every weight loss program. Just recently the New England Journal of Medicine did research on 800 different men and women. What did they find?
They found out that the weight loss program style didn’t matter, weight loss came down to the basic rule of burning more calories than you consumed is still the way to go.
As you probably know from our family’s about page is that we follow a high protean, low carbohydrate, very low processed food weight loss program. That’s the weight loss program that we have decided to do because my husband followed it once before and loss weight. He loss nearly 200 pounds on this weight loss diet to be exact.
To get to the point of weight loss, its all about providing your body nutrition, only the calories to survive, and making choices that you can live with for the rest of your life. Once you realize that you how found something that you can stick to for the rest of your life then you’ll find that you have found how to lose weight fast.
